The Association is dedicated to ensuring the maintenance, enhancement, and stability of our community through volunteer committees and Board Members who reside here in Tollgate Crossing. 

​We are always looking for fresh ideas and helpful hands from our fellow neighbors. There are several ways you can get involved in making our community better: ​

Committees:
The Design Review Committee upholds our guidelines and manages the architectural requests to ensure we maintain a consistent community standard.

Have a flair for creativity? Join the Events Committee to help plan community events.

Board of Directors:  The Board of Directors consists of 5 homeowners and acts on behalf of the community to manage the HOA budget, address community concerns and maintain the standards outlined in the Governing Documents.

The Board Members are elected by the homeowners.

Monthly HOA/Board Meetings

The Homeowner's Association (HOA) meeting with the Board of Directors are held at the Clubhouse starting at 7:00pm on the third Wednesday of each month between January and November.
